Customized Menus
I will conduct a food preference interview and taste questionnaire. Each menu is tailored for your taste preferences, and special attention is given to specific health or dietary needs. Your menu will list entrees and some side dishes and will be presented for your approval prior to your scheduled cooking day. I can prepare gourmet meals as well as "old family favorites".
Shopping Service
On our cooking day I will shop for the freshest ingredients including organic products if desired. Freshness and quality assure assure great flavors and home cooked tastes.
Meal Preparation
Once you have approved your menu I will schedule a day to cook in your home. I will bring all my own cooking equipment. The food is prepared, packaged and refrigerated or frozen. Complete thawing and reheating instructions will be provided to ensure full flavor.
